After Gold - Diamond!You’ve passed gold, so what’s next?At Laleham Dog Training Club, we have exclusively designed the LDTC Diamond Award which follows on from the Kennel Club Good Citizen Gold Award. It builds upon the skills learnt in the all the KC Awards and develops more advanced training skills of both dog and handler. It is a natural progression of practical dog training skills but also introduces new concepts such as scent work, targeting, a formal retrieve and learning a trick. Our exclusive Diamond Course is run in blocks of 8 weeks and is open to all dogs on successful completion of the Kennel Club Gold Award. There is no set period for completion. Dogs will progress at their own rate and tests will be arranged as and when dogs are ready. Successful candidates will receive an exclusive Diamond Rosette and Certificate.
